RCSS and HMH are ready to BLAST OFF TO SPACE with VIRTUAL SUMMER SCHOOL 2012. Students will have the opportunity during the summer months to practice and enhance their skills in Math and Reading.

Butterfly Way is dedicated at CT Walker!

CT Walker begins its outdoor outreach and educational project with the dedication of the butterfly garden, in conjuction with the Watson Brown Foundation, under the guidance and direction of Dexter Rhodes.  This is the initial installation and is being followed by a community vegetable garden to be shared with our neighbors!

CT Walker heads to the OPERA!!!
Seventh and Eighth grade students of Mr. Manasco’s Chorale went to the Live in HD Broadcast of the Metropolitan Opera on Saturday, April 14.  They went to see a performance of Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata, funded by an ACE grant from the Jr. League of Augusta.  Also in the photo is Dr. Lawrence Devoe who came to speak to students before they attended the performance.

CT Walker raises over $4000.00 for the American Heart Association!
Cindy Miller reports that the "Jump Rope for Hearts" program brought in over 4000.00 from CT Walker; and that is over 1000.00 more than last year!  Way to go Walker!!!!!
